Sewing Cabinet by Gio Ponti

A design that Gio Ponti made for Singer. Proving that even everyday objects of the last century could be designed with style. Made with curved sides and metal legs typical of the Ponti style of the 1950s. It still has the original Singer electric sewing machine which is cleverly housed inside the cabinet. The wood is in excellent condition except for the oil stain on the bottom of the two drawers. The legs show light aging but it is still in good sturdy condition and the sewing machine still works.

Even if you don't sew it makes a great retro console table
