This armchair and footstool were made in the 1950s. It's rare to find a set with a matching footstool. It has a flared shape typical of this period. The fabric upholstery is a satin that would have been used in a bedroom around that time. Both are in sturdy, usable condition. We attribute this style to Wilhelm Ulrich due to its unusual pointed legs in black lacquer.
