This retro table lamp is a rare survivor of the 1960's. The quality base is made of glass with a vintage gold pattern, typical of this period. The pattern on the silk lampshade is also from this time, having a 60's design of abstract flowers and background. The conical shape of the lampshade became fashionable in the 1950s. The lamp holder is made of brass. The lampshade is starting to show its age, but the base is in perfect condition. A change of lampshade would take it into the 21st century. height 56cm overall width 30 cm
