This is a very well preserved item from the 1960's. Looks as new! The wooden box is very well made with an original tile insert depicting a food and wine scene in the decorative style of the Mid-century. These type of cheese boards were very popular for dinner parties in that era. It has a small beautifully lined drawer for three utensils for serving cheese and wine. The metal is made from stainless steel and the handles from solid hard wood.
